Who owns these photographs

Every photograph on this site — the before-and-after cases, the clinic and laboratory photographs, and the portraits of Dr. Irena Shuster — was taken by or for Shuster Dent dental clinic, 45 Trumpeldor Boulevard, Ziv Center, Haifa. The clinic holds the copyright in all of them.

They are published here to show the clinic’s work. They are not offered for free use and carry no open licence of any kind.

What you may not do with them

Without the clinic’s prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, republish or redistribute them on another website, in social media or in print
• Use them in advertising, on a price list or in anyone else’s marketing material
• Crop, edit or alter them and present the result as another practitioner’s work
• Remove or obscure the credit to the clinic

Patient photographs

The before-and-after photographs are published with the consent of the patients concerned, for one purpose: showing the clinic’s work on this site. That consent does not extend to any other use, which is why these images cannot be licensed for reuse under any terms.

Press, professional and other enquiries are welcome. Write to dr.shuster.irena@gmail.com or call +972-52-790-3717, saying which photograph you mean and where you intend to use it.

Permission, where it is given, is given in writing and for one named use. Asking is not the same as being granted it.
