What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us through the contact and appointment forms:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Preferred appointment time (on the appointment form only)
What we do not collect
The website does not collect medical information. The forms are technically restricted to the fields listed above and reject anything else, so details of your health, medical history or treatment cannot be submitted through the site.
Please do not include medical information in messages sent through the website. We are happy to discuss it by phone or at the clinic.
The site uses no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no advertising or tracking pixels or scripts.
What it is used for
Your details are used solely to get back to you about your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. We do not use them for marketing mail, and we do not sell or rent them to third parties.
Transfer to a third party
Form submissions are sent using Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), which relays the contents of the form to the clinic's email inbox. It acts as a delivery channel only, and its use is subject to its operators' own privacy policy.
Information stored in your browser
The site stores exactly one item in your browser — the language you selected (i18nextLng) — so that the site opens in that language next time. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Links to external sites
The site links to external services — WhatsApp, Waze, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. Once you follow one of those links, their privacy policy applies rather than ours.
Retention and security
Your details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to manage our professional relationship with you. The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Your rights
